Terms & Conditions: The Customer agrees that Avalon shall act as the authorized technical partner to integrate the Customer’s systems with Fawry payment APIs, and that the Customer’s Fawry account will be onboarded under Avalon’s partner account for integration and support purposes. The Customer commits to signing all required Fawry agreements and returning the executed documents to Fawry or Avalon as instructed. All payment processing, fees, settlements, and compliance obligations remain governed exclusively by Fawry’s terms and conditions.
