We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to design and build scalable, AI-driven automation systems integrated with ERP, backend services, and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for a senior Odoo developer / automation engineer / backend architect who thrives in startup environments and can take ownership of complex technical systems.

🤖 AI Engineering & Automation Development
Build AI-powered systems using LLMs, OpenAI APIs, AI Agents
Develop WhatsApp AI automation & conversational AI systems
Implement voice-to-text and AI workflow orchestration
Design scalable automation pipelines using n8n (queue mode, Redis)
API orchestration & multi-system integrations
Build intelligent document parsing & decision engines
🔹 Odoo Development (ERP Engineering)
Advanced Odoo customization (v16–v19)
Custom module development (Python)
Odoo API integrations (REST, Webhooks)
Multi-company ERP architecture
Odoo performance optimization (PostgreSQL tuning)
ERP automation & workflow enhancement
🔹 Backend Engineering (Node.js)
Scalable REST API development
Microservices architecture
JWT / OAuth authentication systems
Event-driven systems & Redis queues
Payment gateway integrations
High-performance backend design

3+ years as Full Stack Developer / Backend Engineer / Odoo Developer
Experience building AI-driven or automation-heavy systems
Strong system architecture mindset
Startup experience preferred
Independent, ownership-driven personality
BSc in Computer Engineering or related field
Based in Alexandria (Hybrid model)
